Hi everyone! Can you believe we’re already weeks into summer? I’ve seen way too much talk about Halloween lately—it’s only July, you all!
We still have some of the hottest, sunniest days ahead, so let’s make the most of them—and lean into all the fresh, vibrant recipes we wait all year to enjoy. I share this post every summer, though this year’s roundup is coming in a little later than usual! Like many of our seasonal collections, this one has become something I really love putting together. It’s always fun to look back at all the recipes we’ve cooked, baked, and fallen in love with since 2012—so many amazing dishes and memories.
And can you believe it? This October will mark 13 years of Half Baked Harvest. It’s kind of wild to think that my mom and I have been building this site—and this business—for over a decade, one recipe at a time. I’m so excited by how far we’ve come and everything still to come.
