Promising review: “This coffee table is a great option for a small space. The parts were well-packaged, and the product was defect-free when I received it. It took about two hours for me to put together alone. I found the instructions to be easy to follow. Enough storage space for a throw blanket under the lift top, and two small baskets easily fit on the lower shelf. To note: 1. The height of the lift itself is short. I have a petite, athletic build, and the table only clears my thighs by an inch. So, make sure you understand the seat height of whatever furnishing the table will be in front of (with an accommodation for your thighs) compared to the open height of this table. 2. The spring action on the lift can be quite swift/abrupt if you’re not careful. I recommend not having food on the lift before opening until you are acclimated to this. I find using both hands allows you to better control the spring action when opening. 3. The lift top is either open or it is closed. The top is not multi-positional. With that, I love this table! It is the perfect size for my studio-sized condo and a great value.” —scottibug11
