Beyonce is always in her bag, and the “I’m That Girl” singer promoted her latest BEYONCE X LEVI’S collection in a denim embellished look that is one for the ages.

The collection debuted via a short film titled, “The Denim Cowboy,” and showcased Beyonce’s curvaceous body in the Western Crystal 501 Curve jeans.

The Queen, who is known for breaking barriers and reshaping the system, is opening the door for representation in the denim line. Created for curvier bodies, the latest Levis silhouette will now become more inclusive. (Can we give Bey a round of applause for effectively using her platform?)

Designed with perfectly placed rhinestones, and embroidered lace, the matching denim Western Crystal 90’s Shrunken Trucker jacket added innovation to a classic wardrobe staple.

Beyonce’s glam was exceptional per usual, with a natural glow that radiated against her caramel complexion. Her bold red lip was a nice touch next to her “Levis Jeans” diamond grill. When it came down to her hair, she could have easily been mistaken for the black version of “Marilyn Monroe” with her short platinum blonde doo.

Among all the BEYONCE X LEIVS collections, this one is bold, and showstopping and will undoubtedly have people “bowing down.” Expected to drop on August 7th, the dazzling set will be sold out in no time.

Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage is releasing her fourth album in a month, and today, she’s shared the latest single, “On A Low” featuring UK rapper Skepta.

The song, according to Savage, is about the pursuit of that all-important hard launch: “It’s about trading the private for being able to tell your friends and loved ones about those flowers, that date night, that movie,” she says in the press release.

“On A Low” is the second single from Savage’s upcoming album, This One Is Personal, following April’s “You4Me.” Meanwhile, Skepta has been embroiled in a lyrical back-and-forth with New England MC Joyner Lucas as a result of Drake’s recent insistence that the UK has “the best rappers” at Wireless Festival.

Skepta stepped up to the challenge of representing hip-hop across the pond; however, after trading a few battle records — including today’s “Junior’s Law” — they’ve yet to generate the sort of culture-bonding buzz of the “Joey Badass vs. Ray Vaughn” battle earlier this year, let alone Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s captivating 2024 flame war.

We’ve been waiting for Skepta to drop a follow-up to his last album, 2019’s Ignorance Is Bliss, for a while now… in the meantime, we’ve gotten collabs with Fred Again.. and Central Cee.

I love my Stanley cups.

I have one for travel (the IceFlow) and one for home (the Quencher).

Of course, I keep things simple. My wardrobe is mostly black and white, and so are my Stanley cups. One black. One white. No matter what I’m wearing or where I’m going, my cup always matches.

Meanwhile, I’ve noticed some people seem to have 100 different Stanley cups in 100 different colors — one to match every mood, outfit, or season.

That collector mindset explains why so many fans are watching Stanley’s latest move so closely.

The brand released a first look at its upcoming Post Malone collab, and it’s already sparking debate online.

Fans of Stanley’s clean, classic aesthetic aren’t exactly embracing the bold look of the Post Malone designs. And some are questioning whether the company is leaning too hard into constant limited-edition releases.

If you scroll Reddit, it’s clear this latest collab has stirred up a lot of chatter — and not all of it is positive.

Stanley’s Post Malone drop sparks online debate

The new collaboration includes a limited-edition 40-ounce Post Malone Quencher featuring a MultiCam® camo design with bold orange accents and a patriotic Posty Co. keychain. 

The standalone tumbler is priced at $65. A second version, priced at $75, pairs the tumbler with a matching pouch and belt.

The collection isn’t available for purchase yet, but it’s already live on Stanley’s site, fueling buzz across social media.

Reactions to the collab have been polarized. Some users are flat-out rejecting the design: “It is ugly anyway, so with the MultiCam print or not, I would never buy this one,” wrote u/gandalfpr.

Others took issue with the aesthetic on a deeper level. Some users even debated whether the design was politically charged or “MAGA”-coded. “I don’t want to look like a Republican or white trash,” commented u/flowercrownkurama.

Skepticism about Stanley’s constant stream of limited-edition drops also surfaced. “I swear they are just testing the limits of how gullible we are,” said u/Friendly-Catch-6888.

Still, not everyone is disappointed. “It’s so cute, I might actually die!!” gushed u/burgledhams, showing that the drop does have its fans.

Stanley 1913 leans on collabs to drive growth

Love them or hate them, Stanley’s limited-edition drops have become big business.

The company, founded in 1913, saw a massive resurgence in recent years, thanks to viral demand for its Quencher tumblers. According to CNBC, Stanley hit $750 million in sales in 2023, up from just $73 million in 2019.

A key part of that growth strategy? Collaborations.

By partnering with influencers and celebrities, Stanley keeps buzz high and demand strong. The constant stream of new designs creates urgency and taps into the collector mindset — even if some core fans feel fatigued.

Collaborations have become a key tool for keeping the brand fresh and driving ongoing demand.

Still, as this latest Post Malone drop shows, there’s a fine line between exciting customers and overwhelming them. Stanley will need to strike the right balance as it rides this wave of success and faces ever-higher expectations from its loyal fan base.

Although this “Manley Cup,” as u/Sonicorp called it, may not be for me, I’ll be watching from the sidelines — while staying hydrated, of course.
