woman inside her car shares her experience shopping at Victoria secret(l) Victoria Secret Store Front(r)

A woman says she’ll never shop at women’s lingerie store Victoria’s Secret “ever again” after two workers shamed her for her bra size.

In a video with over 14.1 million views, TikTok Natalie Manjarrez (@nataliemanjarrez_) walks out of the store angrily after the interaction “[Expletive] up [her] entire day.”

What did the Victoria’s Secret workers say to her?

Manjarrez says she entered the store looking for a “specific set.” While she quickly located the panties, she couldn’t find the matching bra in the right size in the drawers.

“The size that I was specifically looking for was only on the mannequin,” she explains. “I didn’t just want to rip it off the mannequin, so I asked for help and let them know, ‘It’s not here, can I please get the one on the mannequin?’”

The first worker asks her if she checked all of the drawers and starts going through them in front of Manjarrez.

After digging through the drawers, the worker tells her that she has to ask the manager if she can remove the display bra.

“I’ve never had that happen to me. Someone has always just taken it off the mannequin and never had a problem with it,” she says.

When the manager comes over to the display, she once again asks Manjarrez and the first worker if they went through all the drawers. Instead of taking the bra off the mannequin, the manager decides to look in the back for the right size.

“She makes a small turn like she’s going to the back, comes back to me loud as hell and says, ‘That’s not your size,’” she recounts. Manjarrez notes that she never told the workers if the bra was for her or not—she just wanted that specific size.

“The sales associate chimes in and says, ‘We’re both [size] 34 and we have more than you,’” she says. “The manager picks up that I’m pissed off and says, ‘It’s our job to know sizes.’”

Manjarrez says she was so upset by the reaction that she put her bag of merchandise on the display and left without purchasing anything.

How did viewers react to the rude workers?

In the comments, some customers say they’ve experienced uncomfortable interactions while shopping at the lingerie chain.

“Girl, I HATE Victoria’s Secret because of the body shaming every damn time I go. The worst part is that I go to a bunch of different locations and STILL get the same uncomfortable feeling every time I shop,” a commenter shares.

“They are famous for weight shaming. My daughter is plus size and a) they never have large sizes in store and b) when you ask for a bigger size, they indiscreetly yell we don’t carry sizes that large in store. Awful,” another says.

Victoria’s Secret workers urge Manjarrez to report the incident to corporate.

“Definitely report them. I work at a Victoria’s Secret, and that’s not how we treat our customers,” one writes.

“As an ex-Victoria’s Secret employee. Report them! They can not do this! They can definitely remove the bra from the mannequins and replace it! And the disrespect!” another says.

“I’m a manager at VS. I always. ALWAYS pull it off the mannequin. We can replace the mannequin sets with so many others. So odd,” a third adds.

In a follow-up video, Manjarrez says she emailed corporate and left reviews. A day later, she posts another update that Victoria’s Secret corporate called her “to apologize profusely.”

“They are going to be investigating this situation with these specific employees,” she says.

Customer Goes Viral To Get A Refund From Edible Arrangements http://livelaughlovedo.com/customer-goes-viral-to-get-a-refund-from-edible-arrangements/ http://livelaughlovedo.com/customer-goes-viral-to-get-a-refund-from-edible-arrangements/#respond Sat, 12 Jul 2025 21:41:29 +0000 http://livelaughlovedo.com/2025/07/13/customer-goes-viral-to-get-a-refund-from-edible-arrangements/ [ad_1]

“Never order anything from Edible Arrangements.”

An Edible Arrangements customer had a nightmare experience trying to get a refund after his birthday fruit bouquet never arrived. The TikToker says the customer service line forwarded him to a store that no longer exists and presented evidence that the company blocked him for complaining.

It took thousands of other people dragging Edible Arrangements in their TikTok comments to get that money back.

Edible frustrations

On July 8, TikToker @timmyinthewild shared his saga in which he attempted to get a refund for an edible arrangement that never arrived. His partner ordered the $80 bouquet for his birthday more than a month in advance, but didn’t materialize on the day of.

Timmy filled out an online contact form on the company website but never heard back. He tried to call the store the arrangement was supposed to come from, but it closed some time ago. He then called a different store, they told him to call customer service, but that line sent him back to the dead shop.

@timmyinthewild I can’t tag them anymore because they blocked me – but Edible Arrangements…. count your days! #fyp #birthday #ediblearrangements #corporate #phoenix ♬ original sound – timmyinthewild

Running out of options, Timmy sent a DM to the Edible Arrangements TikTok account. He said they “immediately” blocked him and displayed the screenshot to prove it.

“So this is a word of advice,” he concluded. “If you ever consider ordering anything for somebody as a gift, never ever use Edible Arrangements.”

Timmy normally doesn’t break 10,000 views with his videos, but this one got over 2.2 million. TikTokers outraged on his behalf flooded Edible Arrangements’ page with hate, and hours later, Timmy posted an update saying they unblocked him and began the refund process.

@timmyinthewild Replying to @ellocin THANK YOU! To all those who helped me reach them and for the hundreds of comments calling them out! #fyp #birthday #ediblearrangements #corporate #phoenix #food ♬ original sound – timmyinthewild

Because he found their response so canned and the process so infuriating, he still does not recommend the company.

“I truly, truly hope that this was the sign that you needed to never order anything from Edible Arrangements,” he said.

“Their manager was embezzling”

Part of the reason other TikTokers supported Timmy so strongly is because a lot of them also hate Edible Arrangements. A shocking number of comments told tales of the company’s failures and shenanigans.

TikTok comment reading 'I HAVE BUILT MY FYP PAGE BRICK BY BRICK!!! I am the #1 edible arrangements hater. Years ago, this same kind of bullshit happened to me for my mom’s birthday. I will never pass an edible arrangements store without flipping it off in my car.'

“I am the #1 edible arrangements hater,” said @user7564997776718. “Years ago, this same kind of bullshit happened to me for my mom’s birthday. I will never pass an edible arrangements store without flipping it off in my car.”

“I ordered an arrangement and it never came, went to the physical store and the windows were boarded up,” wrote @giavonaa.

The stories from those who used to work for Edlible Arrangements were even worse.

TikTok comments including one reading 'I have found my people. I use to manage an edible arrangements. Their manager was embezzling $ & blamed me & tried to get me arrested while I was 18, new & 8 months pregnant.'

“I have found my people,” said @yapperdahn. “I use to manage an edible arrangements. Their manager was embezzling $ & blamed me & tried to get me arrested while I was 18, new & 8 months pregnant.”

Although Timmy got his money back, the legacy of his battle with the company remains in their TikTok comments. On one video talking about a foodie “pet peeves,” TikToker @caseyaddair wrote, “my pet peeve is companies ignoring their paying customers.”

Customer orders glass French doors from Lowe’s. Then she tries to take the cover off http://livelaughlovedo.com/customer-orders-glass-french-doors-from-lowes-then-she-tries-to-take-the-cover-off/ http://livelaughlovedo.com/customer-orders-glass-french-doors-from-lowes-then-she-tries-to-take-the-cover-off/#respond Fri, 13 Jun 2025 19:27:32 +0000 http://livelaughlovedo.com/2025/06/14/customer-orders-glass-french-doors-from-lowes-then-she-tries-to-take-the-cover-off/ [ad_1]

Man carrying door for installation(l) Lowe's Store Front(c) white door with glass showing(r)

A Lowe’s customer demanded answers from the home improvement store after her French doors were delivered and installed. In a viral TikTok, Audrey (@audreycole52) reveals the condition her mother’s doors were in, blaming Lowe’s for a costly mistake.

Audrey begins her TikTok showing the French doors. The glass panels are all covered in a white film, except one where someone tried to peel it off. Audrey says they installed the doors as is, with the installer telling her mother that it “was just a covering.”

“I worked at Lowe’s for 10-plus years and I worked in the door department,” Audrey reveals. “And when I got here, I thought this white was weird on the glass.”

She gets closer to the one panel that is peeled off and says, “Come to find out, there is paint over the plastic covering.”

So when her mom tried to peel the covering, it created an “absolute mess” of paint flakes on the floor. Not to mention, it would be a huge headache to remove every single covering on each panel.

“I have never seen doors come like this in the years that I was at Lowe’s,” Audrey says.

What did Lowe’s say?

According to Audrey, after much back and forth with Lowe’s, they only offered a $250 credit for the mistake. The store also told them to just “soap it” to remove the covering, which Audrey says “does not seem right.”

Her parents, who are elderly, would have a challenging time soaping and removing paint from 40 panes of glass, she says. “That is a lot to ask somebody to do when they paid Lowe’s to install this.”

Audrey adds in the caption, “Even after she had initially contacted the install department about it, the installer called her and said he had only seen this one other time and the customer had refused it.”

People place the blame on Lowe’s

Several viewers speculated that Audrey’s mom’s doors were probably returned and resold to her.

One top comment read, “These were 100% painted then returned!” which echoed the sentiment of several other comments.

Others who said they worked for Lowe’s agreed that it was on the store to remove the covering before installation. Some lamented the quality of Lowe’s customer service from yesteryears.

“Lowe’s today is so much different from early 2000’s Lowe’s,” one said. “They’re awful now.”

How can you remove the covering?

If you find yourself in Audrey’s mom’s shoes with no support from Lowe’s, some user shared hacks to get rid of the covering quicker.

“All you do is use a razor blade.. cut around the edge,” one said. “They come like this so that the glass does not get scratched and also in case you want to paint them. I think that the majority of them are made out of Poplar.”

Another echoed, “Cut the rectangles with a razor then peel. It might come off easier.”

@audreycole52 @Lowe’s My mom bought these french doors from Lowe’s and when the installer came out he told her there was some sort of covering on the windows. I was not there and she didn’t know any better and just thought it was like a milky white plastic covering. Turns out they painted over the plastic that covered the glass and when she tried to take it off, paint flakes went everywhere. She went back and forth with Lowe’s install dept and the store she bought it from and the best they could do was a $250 credit. She wouldn’t be able to hire someone to do all of that just for $250 and also she shouldn’t have to. This was thier mistake and they should fix it. Even after she had initially contacted the install department about it, the installer called her and said he had only seen this one other time and the customer had refused it. He also failed to adequately describe what this “covering” was before he installed the doors. #Lowes ♬ original sound – Audrey

A happy ending

In a follow-up TikTok, Audrey shares that Lowe’s contacted her mother and will be sending someone to fix the doors.

“Thank you to everyone who commented and tagged them!!” she wrote.

The Mary Sue reached out to Audrey via TikTok message and Lowe’s via email.
