Days of Our Lives 2-week spoilers for May 26 – June 6th, 2025 see Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) arrested. We are going to see John Black (Drake Hogestyn) passing away, and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) is back among others.

Monday, May 26th is Memorial Day, but we have a brand new episode of Days anyway. Diving in, we’ve got Marlena (Deidre Hall) at John’s bedside. He is in dire shape, and she’s absolutely distraught that her soulmate is in such terrible condition.

And Steve (Stephen Nichols) says John is a hero for saving those meds so they can get Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) back on his feet and save his life. Things looked really dire for Bo as well on Friday, but we should be getting good news about him this week. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) is trying very hard to save him.

But John’s injuries are extensive and his life expectancy isn’t good. And we know, of course, that Drake Hogestyn was alive at the time they filmed this and he signed off on everything. The plan was for John to pass away, but in such a way that they could bring him back later if Drake recovered. And of course, we know that he didn’t. This week and next week are going to be just really, really hard, I think, for longtime Days fans. So have your tissues on hand. Already on Friday, it was tearful. It was good material.

Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) is in town, and he and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Belle Black (Martha Madison) take turns at John deathbed and comforting Marlena and trying to be there for her. But again, it’s just all nothing but bad and sad news.

Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) focuses on work to try and forget her Xander heartbreak, but things are going to get worse this week. And Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) rips into Xander, and he wants to know if Maggie is threatening him. Yeah, yes, she is. She’s definitely Team Sarah, Team Victoria. And as much as she loves Xander, you know, she’s at a breaking point with him.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Johnny’s Turmoil and Adoption Plans

Tuesday, May 27th. Johnny (Carson Boatman) is absolutely stunned to learn that John is at death’s door, and Chanel (Raven Bowens) is consoling him. Johnny’s really reeling from a lot of issues, and this is going to be a very rough week for him. Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) and Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) get the ball rolling on putting her unborn baby up for adoption. Now that Sophia is 18, Tate Black (Leo Howard) is on board. He’s ready to sign away his rights as well. Where is Amy in all this? And how’s she going to react when she finds out what her daughter is doing? Remains to be seen.

Ariana’s Secret and Doug’s Quest

Gabby asks JJ to help her find Ariana Horton (Lane Rosa) but she’s not really missing. She’s in bed with Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) having a really good time celebrating 18. After Ari takes off, and we’re going to see Doug asking Leo (Greg Rikaart) for help. I think he wants to find out who bought Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes)’s necklace from Melinda because Doug is determined to buy it back on Days of our Lives.

Hope for a Miracle on DOOL – John’s Final Days

Abe Carver (James Reynolds) spends time at John’s bedside this week saying what he hopes are not final goodbyes. Abe telling John that he is and always will be his family. Also this week, Steve is really hoping John gets a miracle, but it seems increasingly unlikely that any are in store.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Justice for Phillip – Xander Faces Consequences

Wednesday, May 28th, we’ve got Kate (Lauren Koslow) opening up to Roman (Josh Taylor). Likely about Phillip Kiriakis’ (John-Paul Lavoisier)’s beating and her certainty that Xander (Paul Telfer) did the deed. And Kate is correct. And there will be some form of justice this week.

Meanwhile, Johnny finds out he cannot run from his problems, nor can he hide. Carrie Brady is back to support Marlena and to see John. Family continues to filter in this week. Friends and loved ones to say goodbye to the beloved Black family patriarch.

Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) faces questions from DA Belle about Xander and the brutal attack on Phillip. Then on Thursday, May 29th, Julie and Maggie do some catching up. She’s going to tell Julie about Xander and Sarah’s split. And I wonder if Maggie will also tell Julie that she is pretty certain that Xander beat Phillip.

Belle updates Jada (Elia Cantu) on her findings. And it looks like she gives her a green light to proceed because Jada arrests Xander. And that’s obviously for Phillip’s assault as Kayla and Brady watch him hauled off. And yeah, looks like Alex might have told the truth, which is fair.

Hospital Board Drama and Kristen’s Denial on Days of Our Lives

Xander and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) both made their pitch to the hospital board, and it’s a waiting game to see what offer they accept, but Jada putting cuffs on Xander throws a wrinkle into it and could take Titan out of the running. EJ may win by default.

Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) refuses a request from Brady and it may be about Rachel (Finley Rose Slater) related to John’s impending death or could be about their kids’ therapy and issues, which Kristen continues to be in denial about.

Will Horton Returns: The Week Culminates in Tragedy

On Friday, May 30th, we’ve got Johnny in emotional turmoil. He’s feeling all alone. And John dying and Johnny having held a gun on his dad EJ may push him towards a breakdown. Clearly, whatever he’s going through isn’t resolved yet.

Will Horton is back on Friday. He heads over to see Marlena and John and her hubby is still alive at that point, but things are getting increasingly dire. And in the last moments of Friday’s episode, we may see John pass away. This is definitely a not-to-miss day. If you can only watch one episode of Days this week, make sure it’s Friday.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: The EJ Shooting Mystery Deepens

Kristen confronts EJ. And this likely comes after little Rachel tells her mom she saw Johnny with a gun in his hand and arguing with EJ the night of the shooting. But did Rachel pick up the gun and do a bad thing? We’re getting closer to finding out who fired at EJ that night.

Salem Mourns: John Black’s Funeral and Legacy

The week of June 2nd through the 6th, we should see Salem losing John Black as he succumbs to his injuries from the lab explosion. Everyone is gathering from Will (Chandler Massey) to Carrie. Paul and more are soon joined by more family and friends. Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney)’s coming.

Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) and Bo should be on his feet soon after getting his miracle cure thanks to John’s heroism. We will soon say goodbye in a very sad funeral. Some of these scenes were in the big Day of Days promo. I think they’re some of the last scenes that still have to play out from the promo.

And there’s a scene in particular I’m thinking of with people outside and Brady offering a toast to John’s memory. Get a big old box of Kleenex because these two weeks are going to be absolutely heartbreaking. EJ’s confrontation with Kristen could trigger more memories to come loose that night.

Did he see Rachel right after he and Johnny were arguing? EJ clearly feels like his son knows something he’s not saying, but I’m not convinced that Johnny actually fired the gun at EJ. I don’t think so. We’ll find out. More to tell. And Johnny may have no idea who tried to kill his dad but is just feeling guilty for even holding a gun on him. Marlena is crushed, and friends and family rally around her. Julie should be a key supporter since she is still struggling daily with losing Doug but is finally feeling a little better and getting some tools to manage her grief.

Days of Our Lives 2-Week Spoilers: Trouble for Doug and Phillip’s Fate

Doug may have to deal with his debt situation sooner than later because it looks like bad people have an eye on Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis). But will pretty newcomer Ari be a distraction? Phillip should wake up soon, but will he enjoy finding out Xander was arrested for assaulting him? Or will Phillip save Xander from serving time?

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Sarah’s Future and Xander’s Fight for Victoria

Meanwhile, Sarah is stunned at Xander’s arrest and determined to protect Victoria with Mama Maggie’s full support. But if Xander is on the loose, which I’m guessing he will be, we’ll see him fighting for his daughter. But having given up on Sarah, Xander indeed feels like little Victoria is all he has left.

Can he and Phillip find peace, though? We’ll find out. And don’t forget his ex Gwen (Emily O’Brien) is just a few weeks away from her arrival back in Salem, and somebody else might catch Sarah’s eye as she reels from her breakup from her soulmate.

Days of our Lives: Stephanie’s Revolving Door

We’ve seen a couple of unwelcome visitors knocking at Stephanie’s door recently. First was her psycho ex, Jeremy Horton (Trevor Donovan), who had pink flowers and lots of excuses for his past behavior. The second unwanted visitor was ace reporter Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). He also showed up at Stephanie’s door, but not with flowers. Instead, Leo brought accusations and a rumor that Stephanie is the person behind the pen name Anastasia Sands. Although Stephanie shut down Leo, it’s obviously only a matter of time.

EJ DiMera’s Betrayal: How Stephanie’s Secret Spilled to Leo Stark

What really stinks is that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) ratted out Stephanie to Leo. EJ blabbed her secret that he said he’d keep so that Leo would stop asking questions. First, he was asking about the blackout and whether the hospital construction was to blame. Then Leo was also asking about who really shot him. That’s the thing that Elvis Jr. is really trying to avoid revealing because it’s little awful Rachel Black (Alice Halsey).

So EJ scrambled and blabbed her secret, and Leo now knows the truth. It’s only a matter of time before Stephanie’s big secret comes to light. So, will Alex and Stephanie launch a writer reveal plan? That way, they can make sure they control when and how it comes out instead of it leaking from the former Lady Whistleblower. And if he were still Lady Whistleblower, he would have already leaked it. We know that.

One Stormy Night: Who Knows About the Bestselling Author’s True Identity on Days of Our Lives?

Stephanie’s first book, “One Stormy Night,” written as Anastasia Sands, is a smash hit. It’s a bestseller across the country. Everybody wants to know who wrote the book, but right now just a handful of people know that Stephanie wrote the steamy romance novel. It’s still very much a closely held secret. EJ and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) both know. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) also knows, as does Alex, and now Leo. Plus, Jeremy figured it out from reading the book.

Because Stephanie worried about the damage to her reputation as a PR professional, she’s still uncomfortable with the idea of the general public knowing that she’s the author. But with Leo’s recent confrontation at the apartment, everything is about to change.

A Secret from the Skies: How Stephanie’s Past Inspired Her Steamy Novel on DOOL

When Stephanie first wrote the book, she wanted it published under a pen name so that her PR clients wouldn’t think she was sketchy. She was horrified when Alex didn’t do as asked and cut out the mile-high club section from the book that Stephanie said had to come out. That is what Jeremy recognized when he picked up the dirty book to do a little light reading. Stephanie included some sexy pilot-stewardess naughty stuff that was drawn from her past experience when Jeremy used to fly planes and Stephanie worked with him.

EJ figured out the author’s secret, if you remember because he wrongly suspected Kayla was Anastasia when there was an online fan Q&A hosted at the hospital office during the blackout. Stephanie admitted that she was the author to get Kayla out from under EJ’s accusations. So, right now, EJ, Kayla, Jeremy, Alex, and her editor Kate all know.

The Big Reveal: Will Alex Convince Stephanie to Control Her Narrative on Days?

Stephanie did hold her own with Leo, and she tried to push back on him pressing about whether she is really Anastasia Sands. But what is quite clear is that Stephanie knows her identity is compromised and she could soon be outed whether she likes it or not. According to Alex, we also know Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) wants to host a book signing during her new bookstore’s grand reopening in Horton Town Square. But unless Stephanie reveals herself as Anastasia Sands, that would be pretty hard to pull off.

Alex may get her to see that it’s high time Stephanie announced to Salem and to the whole world that she is the brains and the pen behind Anastasia and “One Stormy Night” and the new mystery novel that she wrote that’s about to be released. He has been gently nudging Stephanie to make the reveal on Days of our Lives. So, Alex thinks Stephanie should come out of the writer’s closet, give up her day job in public relations, and just be a full-time writer. That could happen sooner rather than later now that Leo knows her dirty big secret.

Days of our Lives: Will EJ have to Answer for Blabbing?

The reporter really got to EJ when he started poking into who really shot him. Of course, that was what panicked him and led him to tell Leo about Stephanie’s secret identity. I wonder if she’s going to circle back around to EJ and chew him out for spilling her sexy secret to Leo. Stephanie was hoping EJ wouldn’t tell anybody, but he’s not particularly trustworthy. Now that he did, it could affect his working relationship with Stephanie, but EJ can’t un-spill the beans.

There is still a question because she may not 100% know it was EJ. I don’t think Leo dropped his name. So whether or not Stephanie confronts EJ depends on whether she figures out he’s the source of the leak. Stephanie also knows that Jeremy knows and he would tell people. So Stephanie may think that Jeremy told Leo about her sexy romance novel as some sort of revenge.

Strategic Moves: An Exclusive Interview or a Grand Public Debut?

With all these risks looming that could out her, we could see Alex convincing Stephanie to just act fast, come up with an amazing press release or some kind of big debut event. Alex may want Stephanie to make a big splash and announce that she’s the woman behind the phenomenal book in a really big way. He actually thinks that Stephanie’s reputation as a PR rep won’t be hurt and he actually thinks it’d be great for her business. So, Alex would also rather see Stephanie quit that job and pursue her dream of being a full-time writer anyway.

Over the next couple of weeks, we could see Stephanie and Alex coming up with a plan to introduce her as Anastasia Sands. They are supposed to be making a big announcement. We’ll see if this is what it is or if it’s something else, but this is definitely something to think about. I do wonder if the reveal will backfire as Stephanie feared or if it’ll just be amazing as Alex hopes and as he keeps telling her it will be.

I know that Stephanie would rather tell people herself than let Leo go and expose her. Maybe Alex and Stephanie can reach out to Leo and offer him an exclusive interview or something so that he won’t spill it before they want it formally released. Either way, the clock is ticking before the whole wide world knows Stephanie is really Anastasia Sands.

Days of Our Lives delivers Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) acting like the world’s best assistant for EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). But there may be more than just business going on between these two pretty soon. We may see Cat and EJ coloring outside the lines and getting involved on a personal level as well.

With Cat moonlighting as an ISA agent for Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy), I wonder if Cat is going to try and tempt EJ in a honeypot situation to get the info they need, or maybe Cat legit starts getting interested in EJ.

Days of Our Lives: From Heartbreak to Espionage

First, let’s start with Cat. She recently got her heartbroken when Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) decided to break up with her. He basically convinced Cat that they could be together, that he really liked her. Then they made love and then bam, Chad dumped her. Of course, that’s only because his son Thomas DiMera (Christopher Cary) was furious that his dad was dating Cat, who had pretended to be his dead mom, Abigail Deveraux (AnnaLynne McCord.

Everything was fine until rotten little Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) blabbed the truth to Thomas. Although Chad dumping her did break her heart, Cat understood that Chad had to do what was best for Thomas. Kids come first. And although the kid has gone too far, demanding that Chad run Cat out of town and threatening to run away if Chad doesn’t make it happen. It’s still understandable what the kid is going through.

The way he’s going to extremes isn’t cool, but that’s because there’s somebody else in his ear. So, we’ve got Cat sad and dumped and lonely. And by the way, EJ is also dumped and lonely, but he’s trying not to act sad. Plus, Cat just told EJ that Chad broke up with her. So, maybe EJ is now looking at Cat in a new light. Or EJ may have an ulterior motive that involves his brother Chad.

Days of Our Lives: A DiMera’s Motives

We all saw the Cat and Chad breakup coming. We knew there wasn’t a happily ever after for that couple given how much Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), and Jennifer Horton (Cady McClain) despise Cat. So, unless she finds some way to redeem herself in the eyes of the Hortons and Deverauxs, it’s never going to be a go.

And as of right now, I don’t see circumstances changing for Chad and Cat because Thomas knows that Chad lied to him about his relationship with Cat As far as Thomas is concerned, Cat needs to go and Rachel is going to keep Thomas amped up about this because she is a bad influence on her cousin. So, for now, Chad is probably just going to throw himself into being a dad and running the Salem Spectator.

As for Cat, she’s throwing herself headlong into working for EJ while she’s undercover for the ISA and coordinating efforts with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). But let’s face it, she’s in close quarters every day now with EJ, who is handsome. He’s charming. He’s fit. There’s the accent. Cat’s got to notice. And we know EJ has noticed how gorgeous Cat is. That’s why he bid on her to be his auction date the moment that EJ woke up from that coma after Rachel shot him.

Cat Heartbroken on DOOL

Now Cat’s heart is broken right now and I doubt she’s ready to date. But if EJ asked her out, Cat might say yes to try and get more info from EJ for the ISA. They want to know who helped him buy the hospital and what he’s planning to do with that secret lab that Cat now knows that he’s building. EJ and Cat already have chemistry. You can see it. And we all know how much EJ DiMera loves a blonde beauty.

There’s Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), there’s Belle Black (Martha Madison), and of course Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). Maybe he will add Cat to his collection of blondes. Plus, EJ loves to irritate his siblings, and he knows that Chad really liked Cat. So, EJ may find out his naughty little murderous niece, Rachel, is the one who blabbed and got Thomas to demand that Chad break up with Cat. If so, EJ may romance Cat to try and get Chad to see he can’t let his kid Thomas control his love life.

I mean, EJ and Chad have both watched Rachel destroy several of her dad Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) relationships. Pretty much anybody that wasn’t her mom. So, I could also see EJ trying to make Chad jealous, either to give him a wakeup call or EJ might do it just to mess with his brother for fun. You know how those DiMeras do each other.

Days of Our Lives: Behind the Scenes Spoilers

I’ve mentioned a few times also that when Days of Our Lives did their big 60th anniversary photo shoot, that’s for the anniversary episodes coming in November, so just in a few weeks. And when they did the photo shoot, they paired people either in couples or in storyline pairings.

So what really caught my eye, and I think I saw it in an Insta story on Dan Feuerriegel’s social media. I think that’s where I caught the photo, but they had Cat posing for photos with Chad and EJ. Cat and Chad, Cat and EJ, and Cat, Chad, and EJ. So that’s kind of hinting a love triangle or something more than what we have seen so far. So obviously we know that Cat and Chad are going to continue to be in each other’s orbit and EJ is about to be in the mix.

Days of Our Lives: Romance or Espionage?

Even though Cat is working on the side of law and order and EJ is criminally inclined and morally ambiguous. I do think Cat’s going to be intrigued by him. How can you not be? Right. The big question is whether feelings are in the mix. EJ may want to date Cat just to mess with Chad or he might think somebody with a shady past like Cat would be more understanding about his own shady past and his possible future criminal endeavors.

Then there’s the question of whether Cat would toy with EJ’s feelings or at least his libido to try and get the info that Shane wants about the hospital and whatever dodgy things that EJ is doing downstairs at that lab. So even if Cat is trying to dig out his deep dark secrets, EJ may be too clever to fall for that. Or he may pretend to fall for it so he can try and get Cat into bed while letting her think she’s playing him. And don’t forget, we also have Cat making friends with Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), who is the secret investor in the dodgy hospital deal. So, we will also have to wait and see if she encourages Cat and EJ to date. Or maybe Gwen sniffs out the fact that Cat is snooping and spying and she warns EJ off about her.

Gwen Busts Cat on DOOL?

That being said, I doubt that Gwen will catch on to what Cat is doing. She’s not the most observant of British babes. I mean, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) was boinking Gwen’s husband practically under her nose, and she didn’t notice what Dimitri von Leuschner DiMera (Peter Porte) and Leo were doing until she caught them red-handed. So, we’ll also have to wait and see if Rafe or Shane encouraged Cat to use her beauty and her feminine wiles to get the goods on EJ. So, it definitely looks like we’ve got a Cat and EJ thing coming, but the question is, is it romance or is it intrigue?

Days of Our Lives is pensive as Tate Black (Leo Howard) is heartbroken after Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) dumped him due to a misunderstanding. Holly believes Tate slept with Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) and that they are reconciling, leading her to plan a departure from Salem.

Days of Our Lives: Tate’s Misunderstanding with Holly – A Web of Lies and Betrayal

Tate is in a race against time to stop Holly, who has packed her bags and has a plane ticket, from leaving. He made a significant mistake by kissing Sophia, although he claims it was an attempt to get the truth about the baby. Sophia, however, misled Holly into believing they had slept together. This misunderstanding, coupled with the dorm fire and seeing Tate and Sophia smiling at each other, became the breaking point for Holly.

DOOL: Holly’s Decision to Leave Salem for a Fresh Start in Paris

Upset by the recent events, Holly has decided to move to Paris to live with her mother, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), and stepfather, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan). She has been accepted into the prestigious Sorbonne University. Holly has confided in her grandmother Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and sworn Ariana Horton (Marissa Reyes) to secrecy about her plans to move to France.

Days of Our Lives: The Truth About Sophia’s Baby and Tate’s Ignorance

Unbeknownst to Tate, Sophia was never pregnant with his baby. The reveal that Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) is the father is still anticipated. Currently, only Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Sophia are aware of this truth. And even Sarah is skeptical about Tesoro being Sophia’s baby. Sarah has agreed to a DNA test. But even if Tesoro is confirmed as the father, Dr. Sarah Horton cannot disclose this to Tate.

Tate’s Double Blow – Holly’s Departure and Unresolved Paternity on Days

Tate remains unaware that Holly is leaving the country and that she believes he slept with Sophia. He is on the verge of losing Holly and still lacks closure regarding the baby he thought he lost. The question remains whether Ariana will reveal Holly’s departure to Tate before she leaves for the airport.

Days of Our Lives: Ariana’s Dilemma and a Potential Romantic Gesture

Spoilers indicate that Ariana will have an update for Tate on Friday, coinciding with Holly’s planned departure. While Tate’s kiss with Sophia was a mistake, he has been dumped and hasn’t received the information he needs. Holly has been patient and forgiving. But Tate’s recent actions were a step too far on Days of our Lives.

DOOL: Holly’s Humiliation and Sophia’s Manipulative Plan

Holly has been humiliated by racy texts sent from her phone to Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and the dorm room fire, both orchestrated by Sophia. Sophia’s plan appears to be working, leading Holly to believe that a fresh start in Paris is her best option. Sophia believes she will get everything she wants. But Holly needs the baby mama drama in Tate’s life to end.

Days of Our Lives: Will Ariana Reveal the Truth – and Will Tate Race to Stop Holly?

Ariana may decide to tell Tate that Holly is leaving town, potentially betraying her trust. If Sophia lets something slip, or if Ari finds out from Johnny and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) that Sophia used Holly’s phone for the texts, Ari might feel compelled to break her promise. Knowing that Tate and Holly love each other and need to clear the air, Ari might intervene. In a dramatic cliffhanger, Tate might race to the airport to stop Holly from leaving, possibly in the final moments of the week’s episode or the next.

The Truth Will Surface – Exposing Sophia’s Lies and Reuniting Tate and Holly on DOOL

If Tate discovers he never got Sophia pregnant and that she set Holly up, Holly would want to know. Tate also needs to clarify that he only kissed Sophia, not slept with her. Many fans believe Tate is naive for believing Sophia and that he inherited this trait from his father, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). With another DNA test pending, the truth about the baby’s paternity will soon be revealed.

Days of Our Lives: A Potential Super Couple in the Making

Once Sophia’s lies are exposed, Tate and Holly could reconcile and potentially become the next Salem super couple, given their “twin flame” vibe and shared experiences. With Maggie, Sarah, and Ariana hoping Holly stays in Salem, Tate might find out about her departure and race to stop her before she boards her flight to France, hoping for a grand romantic gesture.

Days of our Lives dropped a bombshell as Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) stunned Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) when she told her Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) ran a DNA test on Tate Black (Leo Howard) and Tesoro. And the DNA did not match.

Now, let’s talk about why this happened. We’ve been saying here for a while that we thought ultimately it was going to come out that Sophia was not carrying Tate’s child. I felt for quite a while that Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) is the one who got Sophia pregnant the day they hung out watching Body and Soul and eating cake after Tate called Sophia Holly Jonas‘s (Ashley Puzemis) name in bed, if you remember that day months and months ago, almost a year ago.

Days of Our Lives: Sophia’s Baby Daddy Shocker!

So, I’m wondering if Sarah is going to take the hair samples that Sophia gave her and hand them to Rafe to run another DNA test between Tesoro and Sophia just to confirm that she told Sarah the truth and that the Firehouse baby is really hers. I mean, Sophia gave her permission to run it. So even if Sarah turns out to run the test personally, so she still doesn’t violate HIPAA, I think this test is going to get done either by Sarah or Rafe, one way or another.

And we all saw Sarah urging Sophia to come clean so that Tate and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) could have some closure, but Sarah still has her hands tied. She cannot tell Tate or Brady, even if she runs the test and confirms what Sophia said is true. Which would mean that Tate is definitely not the baby daddy. So Sarah was also just really upset at how selfish and terrible that Sophia is being. She seems to think that Tate will just get over the whole baby thing.

Tesoro’s Adoption Journey on DOOL

In the meantime, Tesoro’s time with Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and the Hernandez family is coming to an end because the waiting period for Sophia to change her mind has expired. So now Tesoro is officially up for adoption. So this big issue is who’s going to wind up with Sophia’s baby.

Now, for a while, fans also suspected Tate might not have been Sophia’s baby daddy. And to her credit, when Sarah confronted her, Sophia seemed genuinely shocked at the idea that the baby wasn’t Tate’s. I also said here for a while that I didn’t think Sophia. was intentionally lying to Tate. I think Sophia just put it out of her mind any possibility that somebody else could be the father of her baby.

And Sophia also refused to tell Sarah who else could be the dad. I mean, Sophia was in the dark. She would have thought Tate was Tesoro’s dad forever if Sarah hadn’t come and confronted her about these lies. And Sophia was stunned when Sarah accused her of lying about putting Torto in the safe haven room at the Salem Firehouse.

So, now Sophia explained herself, but I still don’t think Sarah is going to quite believe it until she gets test results on Sophia and Tesoro. Sarah thinks that Tate deserves to know the truth that he was not a teen dad whose baby was put up for adoption. Even though Sarah can’t spill the beans, she might nudge somebody in the right direction. So the truth finally comes out about Sophia and the baby.

DOOL: Love Triangles and Adoption Schemes

Meanwhile, Tesoro is still up for adoption. And Sophia just tried to ruin Johnny DiMera‘s (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree‘s (Raven Bowens) chance to adopt the baby. She sent those naughty texts from Holly’s phone. And those came in right as the social worker was there. She wrote that scathing letter to the adoption agency. And despite all that, Johnny and Chanel might still get their chance to adopt Tesoro because they found out from Rafe that Holly could not have sent the text.

And from there, it’s kind of easy for them to do the math that the only person that hates them enough to pull this stunt is Sophia because it was pretty easy for Johnny to figure out from there. Sophia sent the letter to CPS because she’s still furious that Johnny ruined the adoption months ago.

Before Sophia even gave birth, because that was the perfect answer to all her problems. And Johnny screwed it up. But with a good word from Rafe and proof that the texts were faked and the letter was a lie, Johnny and Chanel could wind up adopting Little T after all.

Days of Our Lives: Potential New Parents for Tesoro

But there are other possible families and people that could wind up with that adorable little baby. Now, there’s the chance Aaron may want his kid because it seems very likely that Aaron is the person who got Sophia pregnant. Even though he’s still in college and had no idea that he’s the one who got Sophia pregnant, Aaron may want his son. If you remember, he actually tried to come clean to Tate a few times about that day that he slept with her. We may still get some flashbacks, but you know, it seems very likely it’s him.

And Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) and Felicity Greene (Kennedy Garcia) may be on board with helping Aaron raise his son. They may want the kid. Felicity and Cat may be really excited to have a nephew. And I’m sure Aaron is going to be just stunned by all this. And in the end, he really did like Sophia and he may feel betrayed. He may want custody of his son or not.

Sophia’s Mom Steps Up on DOOL?

Now, if Cat and Aaron don’t get the baby or don’t want to take in Tesoro, maybe Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) steps up. You know, early in the pregnancy, Amy was pushing for Tate and Sophia to marry and raise the baby together, but Sophia pushed back. She was the one who wanted the adoption. So, Tesoro’s grandmother, Amy, may decide she’ll adopt the baby once the full truth comes out because at this point, it’s out of Sophia’s hands. She does not have a say legally at all.

Aaron could still get a say if it is his kid. Because he never got notified of the birth of a child. So, I will say Amy did say it looks like Sophia’s little brother and she seemed to feel a vibe with the kid. So, Amy is a possibility. The problem is I still don’t know if her mom will find everything out because Sophia continues to lie. I do hope that the full truth comes out to everybody in Salem.

Days of Our Lives: The Final Adoption Decision

Another option, of course, is Javi and Leo may get the chance to adopt Tesoro. They have been caring for him along with Rafe and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Arianna Horton (Marissa Reyes). And Rafe is officially the foster dad, but he also wasn’t planning to keep Little T forever. But Javi and Leo discussed adopting the baby themselves on Days of our Lives.

They worried they would not be approved though because of their past. Javi had that daughter that died in that hot car incident in Texas. Leo has past arrests for being a con man, so it might be a stretch. And of course, the final option is that some random couple winds up with Little Tesoro.

However, I feel like the baby is going to be adopted by one of the people that we know wants him or we’ll find out that he’s related to them and want them. So, right now, I’m leaning towards Johnny and Chanel, but you never know. Aaron and the Greene family may step up to the plate and take the baby home with them. I just hope the writers don’t drag this out for very much longer.

Oddly enough, JJ and Theo grew close after the shooting while living in South Africa, even running a business together. Now, it’s a complete 180. And Theo is livid that JJ didn’t consult him before rejoining the Salem PD.

We also know that Tony asked Theo to come back to Salem and immediately offered him a great job. We don’t have all the details about this offer or if it’s dodgy in some way. This makes us wonder if Tony is behind Theo’s push to get JJ fired from the police department. In case you forgot, let’s quickly recap that terrible night in Salem.

JJ, a rookie cop at the time, shot and nearly killed Theo. Back in 2017, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) convinced Theo, a computer whiz kid, to help her investigate who was hacking into the DiMera Enterprises computer system. Theo wasn’t thrilled but eventually agreed.

Days of Our Lives: The Shooting Incident

While hunting down the suspected hacker, Theo attempted to break into a building as part of the scheme but accidentally set off an alarm. Theo, who is on the spectrum, was freaked out by the alarm and ran away. Newbie cop JJ saw a guy in a hoodie fleeing what he assumed was a crime scene.

As a rookie, JJ got trigger-happy, shot first. And didn’t ask questions.JJ was shaken to his core when he realized he had shot Theo. Feeling he couldn’t trust himself, JJ abruptly quit the police force. After being shot, Theo was in a coma for about a month. Upon waking, he was paralyzed. This was a real tragedy.

At the time, Days of Our Lives didn’t deeply explore racial bias or profiling in this shooting. Currently, some fans dislike the direction they feel this storyline is taking. However, there could be more to this than meets the eye. And what fans assume is happening might not be the story’s focus.

Days of Our Lives often covers social justice topics and “ripped from the headlines” issues. But the nine-month tape-to-air delay can sometimes throw things off-kilter. This delay might not be the reason this story is being revisited; it could be less about current events and more about DiMera’s dirty business.

If you listen regularly, you might recall our theory that Tony isn’t himself – that it’s his evil doppelganger, Andre. While Abigail Deveraux (AnnaLynne McCord) supposedly killed Andre years ago, death is rarely final in Salem, especially with Dr. Rolf’s ability to resurrect people, particularly DiMeras. It’s plausible that Andre is alive and convincingly impersonating Tony, something he’s done before. I want to be clear: I’m not making light of Theo’s PTSD from the shooting, nor am I saying racial profiling doesn’t happen – we know it does. We all saw Theo’s recent reaction when JJ stopped him for a curfew violation during Salem’s blackout. It seemed odd that JJ was talking about stopping looting when there were no signs of it, especially in a small town like Salem.

Days of Our Lives: Tony’s Return Offer and Theo’s Actions

It’s also interesting that Tony brought Theo back with a tantalizing job offer. Even before the blackout incident where JJ triggered Theo’s PTSD, Theo was already trying to get JJ fired, which is why he went to Jada. This might all be a coincidence, or it could be a storyline yet to fully unfold.

Andre’s Motives and a Darker Path Ahead?

If Tony is indeed Andre, it wouldn’t be out of character for him to want JJ fired for a specific reason. Andre might be planning to use Theo for borderline illegal DiMera business and doesn’t want JJ catching Theo in the act, as their past friendship might lead JJ to take special notice.

Abigail Deveraux (AnnaLynne McCord) was the one who accidentally killed Andre in January 2018, bashing him with an urn containing Tony’s ashes. In 2022, an undead Andre reappeared as the Devil’s servant when his nephew Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) was possessed by Satan.

Many have wondered if Andre’s other brother, Stefan who has been brainwashed into believing he is their father, Stefano, could be involved.

Stefan has been missing since Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) and Yvonne kidnapped him and supposedly sent him to Germany. Fans are also questioning if Andre’s conflict with the Kiriakis family could lead to another death. There’s been much speculation about fatalities resulting from this dramatic storyline. The extended Days of Our Lives promo showed Alex, Chad, and Kate being attacked by someone in a costume, which could be a Halloween-themed scare or something more sinister.
