The NFL made a big deal of the halftime shows for its Thanksgiving games this year: Post Malone played at the Dallas Cowboys-Kansas City Chiefs game at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas; Lil Jon did the Baltimore Ravens-Cincinnati Bengals game at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore; and Jack White performed at the Detroit Lions-Green Bay Packers contest at Ford Field in Detroit. It turned out White wasn’t alone, even beyond his band: As he performed his White Stripes song “Hello Operator,” fellow Detroit icon Eminem made a surprise appearance, turning the song into a mash-up with “‘Till I Collapse.” Beyond that, White opened with his solo song “That’s How I’m Feeling” and closed with the all-time classic “Seven Nation Army.”

The NFL has the full performance up on YouTube (it can’t be embedded here, so give it a watch here. The two artists, though, have teamed up to give the performance an audio-only release on streaming platforms, with the three-track release being titled Live At Ford Field.

Meanwhile, Uproxx’s Joypocalypse recently observed, “The 2000s garage rock revival was a return to stripped-down rock music. It was a reaction to the more polished, radio-friendly rock music that was popular at the time. The White Stripes had that stripped-down sound and also production-wise, especially on that first album because of the tiny budget, they’re using older gear. It also is coming through in their recordings and their production. Jack White is not shy when it comes to fuzz use, leading to that very raw, fuzzed-out garage rock sound.”

• The Patriots-Bills game will be broadcast nationally on NBC and stream on Peacock.

The Bills are threatening to run away with the AFC East. They are undefeated through four games, and Josh Allen looks unstoppable. If Allen keeps it up, he’ll become just the sixth player in league history to win back-to-back MVP awards. 

The Patriots currently sit in second place in the division but are two games behind the Bills at 2-2. It would be the biggest win of second-year QB Drake Maye’s career if he could lead the Pats to a road win in Buffalo tonight. 

The Patriots-Bills Sunday Night Football game starts tonight at 8:20 p.m. ET (5:20 p.m. PT). The game is available to watch nationally on NBC or stream on Peacock.

In her new single, “Typa,” GloRilla details her checklist for a man over a watery sample of Keyshia Cole’s 2005 hit “Love.” Naturally, then, Cole simply had to make an appearance in GloRilla’s new Benny Boom-directed video for the single, as the two share their thoughts on love over mimosas overlooking a gorgeous view of the bay.

The video also co-stars Xavier Legette of the NFL’s Carolina Panthers, who receives a lot more than footballs in his role as Glo’s love interest. Glo looks on as he conducts some shady-looking business, then the two cuddle up throughout the video, even going so far as sharing an extremely convincing kiss, leaving fans to wonder if Glo might be soft-launching a real-life relationship.

For what it’s worth, if she is, she wouldn’t be the only rap star perusing the NFL’s rosters for suitable boyfriend material. Glo’s peer (and cousin!) Cardi B has also been romantically linked to another wide receiver, Stefon Diggs of the New England Patriots.

Glo, who has been working on her sophomore album, is set to perform at the 2025 BET Awards, which also just revealed Keyshia Cole as a performer in its second wave of announcements. Could that mean that they’ll be performing together? I wouldn’t be surprised.
