Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 is one for the books. With a record-breaking number of designer debuts (Matthieu Blazy for Chanel, Jonathan Anderson for Dior, and Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez for Loewe, to name a few), celebrity-stacked front rows, and late-night parties, the nine-day marathon of shows and events was monumental, to say the least. So naturally, the PFW S/S ‘26 beauty looks were equally impactful. After all, first impressions are everything, and for many top fashion houses this season, all eyes were on their runways – from the hairstyles down to the clear kitten heel pumps.

This season, there was a particular emphasis on skin. Designers like Chloé, Loewe, Dior, and Schiaparelli all went with luminous, lit-from-within complexions, but added unexpected details that made their front rows do double takes, be it a matte hot pink lip, sculpted baby blue or shimmery red eye, or soft blushed cheeks. Hairstylists were on a similar wavelength, favoring wet-look styles, tousled air-dried waves, and shiny low ponytails. Of course, it wouldn’t be PFW without some maximalist moments. At Thom Browne, models had colorful lashes and blunt bobs with a long braid down the back. Meanwhile, Leonard Paris encouraged blush blindness with shimmery fuchsia flushed cheeks.

Keep reading for TZR’s highlight reel of the best makeup and hair moments from the PFW S/S ‘26 runways.

Thom Browne’s Otherworldly Lashes

Of course the designer’s outer space-themed show included an otherworldly beauty look. The colorful lashes by lead makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench popped against radiant skin perfected by products from the show’s skin care sponsor, iS Clinical. For hair, lead artist James Pecis created striking blunt micro bobs that had baby bangs and a long braid cascading down from the back, and a few models had silver flecks added to their hair to mimic the look of moon dust.

Chloé’s Flamingo Pink Lips

Victor VIRGILE/Gamma-Rapho/Getty Images

Chloé’s makeup look by lead artist Yadim Carranza channeled that dewy, almost damp glow you get from getting slightly sweaty while wearing a light jacket on a warmer-than-expected spring afternoon. To achieve the effect, he used a handful of Saie complexion products, including the Dew Blush and Slip Tint Concealer. While many models had variations of this minimal makeup look, a few had a cool matte pink lip that matched the hot pink florals and flamingo print in the collection. Lead hairstylist Paul Hanlon looked to that effortless windswept texture you get from walking through the streets by giving models’ hair a lived-in look with Authentic Beauty Concept products.

Victoria Beckham’s Spontaneous Eyeliner

Victoria Beckham Beauty

Haven’t mastered sharp wings and clean lines with eyeliner yet? Don’t stress. Take a cue from the makeup at Victoria Beckham, whose collection and beauty look was inspired by the spontaneous self-styling of your youth, where lead artist Lucia Pica used the Satin Kajal Liner in Cocoa Pavé for a soft, lived-in look. She added the liner to the inner corners of the eyes, then used her fingertip to slightly smudge it out. For hair, lead hairstylist Anthony Turner followed suit by giving models simple yet feminine low ponytails using Wella Professionals Ultimate Smooth Miracle Oil Serum and ghd Chronos Max for an extra smooth and shiny finish.

Loewe’s Sculpted Complexions

For makeup artists, the face is a canvas. This was on full display at Loewe where Pat McGrath mirrored the artist Ellsworth Kelly-inspired collection with makeup that consisted of luminous skin, softly sculpted eyes, and a surprise burst of sunset hues that peeked out from under some of the model’s oversized shades. The key products that made the look possible included her Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Foundation, Concealer and Blurring Under-Eye Powder.

Rabanne’s Sunburnt Blush

Victor VIRGILE/Gamma-Rapho/Getty Images

You don’t need PTO to achieve a radiant, sun-kissed glow this spring. Simply reference Rabanne’s makeup look by lead artist Diane Kendal. She used the brand’s Mini Blushy Palette in Incompatibles and Almost Famous to give models’ cheeks a healthy flush, then used Colorshot in Sorry Not Sorry or My Bad to add some faux freckles for good measure. You can further lean into the beachy vibe with the show’s hair by Duffy, too. The wavy style was reminiscent of the way your hair looks air-dried after a dip in the ocean.

Schiaparelli’s Glow-In-The-Dark Eyes

(+)

Pat McGrath Labs

Pat McGrath created three cinematic looks for Sciaparelli’s latest collection, all designed to “glow in the dark,” the makeup artist told TZR backstage at the show. One of the three was centered around angelic, luminous skin, which McGrath achieved with her Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection products. The other two had bold eyes, either radiant baby blue or searing red, created with the Gilded Nirvana: Mega Eye Shadow Palette or Mothership V: Bronze Seduction. Meanwhile, Guido Palau pulled the hair up into super sleek and shiny twisted buns.

The Row’s Hairbrushed Updos

Leave it to The Row to turn the mishap of getting your brush stuck in your hair into the most artistic hairstyle of fashion month. Hairstylist Guido Palau intentionally worked combs and pins into twisted updos for the Olsens’ latest runway show.

Leonard Paris’ ‘80s Blush

Victor VIRGILE/Gamma-Rapho/Getty Images

Instead of a multi-step contour routine, simply sculpted your face with draped blush like at Leonard Paris. The pretty fuchsia shade is also so apropos for spring.

Giambattista Valli’s Liquid Waves

Schwarzkopf

Inspired by oil paintings, lead hairstylist Pablo Kuemin put a romantic spin on the sleek wet look hair trend by adding finger waves into the mix. When crafting the style, he used Schwarzkkopf Professional products, including the Session Label The Jelly, Session Label The Flexible, and Session Label The Coat.

Christian Dior’s Blossoming Blush

George Eyres for Christian Dior Parfums

Elevate your no-makeup makeup looks with Christian Dior’s blooming blush. To create a seamless, slightly flushed complexion, Peter Philips, creative and image director of Christian Dior Makeup, applied the Forever Skin Glow Foundation in thin layers and blended the Backstage Rosy Glow Blush Stick in Rosewood or Berry to create a “veil of color.”

Vivienne Westwood’s Slept-In Waves

Schwarzkopf

Punk wasn’t dead on the Vivienne Westwood runway. In addition to the matte black lips, lead hairstylist Claire Grech kept the rebellious spirit going with the bedhead waves she styled using Schwarzkopf Professional Session Label.

Balenciaga’s Spring/Summer 2026 Show Was The Perfect Melding Of Old & New http://livelaughlovedo.com/balenciagas-spring-summer-2026-show-was-the-perfect-melding-of-old-new/ http://livelaughlovedo.com/balenciagas-spring-summer-2026-show-was-the-perfect-melding-of-old-new/#respond Sun, 05 Oct 2025 05:28:47 +0000 http://livelaughlovedo.com/2025/10/05/balenciagas-spring-summer-2026-show-was-the-perfect-melding-of-old-new/ [ad_1]

Following in the footsteps of countless other iconic houses this Spring/Summer 2026 season, Balenciaga has ushered a new era under the creative direction of Pierpaolo Piccioli. The Valentino alum, known for his romantic design and penchant for dramatic proportion and flowing fabric, is coming on the heels of the radically modern and notoriously edgy Demna (who has since moved on to Gucci), so to say all eyes were on the Spanish brand’s latest offering would be a gross understatement. Would Piccioli pick up in the subversive, disruptive, proportion-defying style that Demna left off? Or would he fully embrace the elegant, fanciful aesthetic he built his name on?

Attendees of Balenciaga’s October 4 would find that the answer would lie somewhere in-between. Yes, remnants of Demna’s defiant reign were seen in the futuristic butterfly sunglasses and platform flip-flops. But an undeniable classic sophistication dominated in the floor-sweeping ball skirts, sweeping gowns, and tailored pea coats. As it were, in drawing inspiration for his highly anticipated debut, Piccioli pulled from Cristóbal Balenciaga himself, “recalibrating” the designer’s “aesthetic austerity” and exploration of weightlessness in clothing.

“Recollection rather than tribute, shadows of Balenciaga’s architectonic shapes are embedded in the actuality of today-bold and disruptive volumes applied to clothes that define our modern wardrobe,” read the official show notes. “Leather jackets, chinos, t-shirts, knits, accessories. A vocabulary of contemporaneity, entirely transformed through approach.”

Another transformation came by way of the reinvented gazar fabric, originally invented by Balenciaga (in collaboration with Gustave Zumsteg) in 1958. The material is comprised of “double-face fabric, woven with two warps and two wefts — two textiles, becoming a single entity,” based with a layer of gauze and reinforced with a softer organza on top. The reimagined material, dubbed “neo gazar” enriches the top layer with lamiset (a blend of silk and wool) — the result adds some softness to the somewhat stiff and structural organza, adding more fluidity to the material. The innovation was prominently displayed on the voluminous jewel-toned dresses and skirts, showing off the fabric’s movement. Yet another example of Piccioli’s reverence for the past while simultaneously looking to the future.

Ahead, see the designer’s romantic new vision for Balenciaga.

The Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 Street Style Beauty Looks Are Rooted In Nostalgia http://livelaughlovedo.com/the-paris-fashion-week-spring-summer-2026-street-style-beauty-looks-are-rooted-in-nostalgia/ http://livelaughlovedo.com/the-paris-fashion-week-spring-summer-2026-street-style-beauty-looks-are-rooted-in-nostalgia/#respond Wed, 01 Oct 2025 02:03:25 +0000 http://livelaughlovedo.com/2025/10/01/the-paris-fashion-week-spring-summer-2026-street-style-beauty-looks-are-rooted-in-nostalgia/ [ad_1]

Paris Fashion Week is officially underway, marking the final stop of fashion month. Of all the cities on the calendar, this has to be my favorite. Admittedly, I am biased — I’ve been a Francophile for as long as I can remember. But you don’t have to be obsessed with the culture to admit that Paris is a city known for its beauty. From the breathtaking Musée Rodin to the rolling hills of Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, the city is enchanting and captivating. This energy extends to fashion week, too. Dior, Chanel, Loewe, Maison Margiela, Balenciaga, Hermès — the list of designers showing this week promises a mix of creativity, craftsmanship, and bold looks that will define the season ahead. But the runways aren’t the only place to look for stunning beauty moments; you’re sure to see them on the streets, too.

This season, the Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 street style beauty looks draw inspiration from the past, with nods to ‘70s haircuts, Y2K glam, and nostalgic hair accessories. There’s no shortage of eye-catching looks, from bright hair colors and pops of highlighter to bleached brows and the quintessential fall moody lip. Guests are pulling out all the stops this season, showing off beauty looks that are just as major as their outfits.

Ahead, all of the best street style beauty moments spotted outside of the PFW S/S ‘26 shows.

Hair Beads

Claudio Lavenia/Getty Images

You may associate hair beads with childhood, but this attendee is proof that the accessory — which had its heyday during the early aughts — can be a bold and stylish statement at any age.

Pop of Highlighter

Claudio Lavenia/Getty Images

Highlighter isn’t just for summer. Whether you opt for a subtle sheen or an ethereal glow, like this PFW guest, it can add dimension to your makeup and make your features pop, no matter the season.

Orange Hair

Ussin Yala/Getty Images

Fall is the perfect time to debut a bold new hair color. The orange shade is fiery and cool on its own, but the wispy bangs and textured layers take it to the next level.

Bleached Brows

Ussin Yala/Getty Images

Bleached brows have been trending for a while, and it’s easy to understand why. The look is edgy, striking, and sure to turn heads.

Frosty Smoky Eye

Valentina Frugiuele/Getty Images

With a frosty smoky eye and a two-toned lip, Argentinian singer Emilia Mernes’ makeup look is a Y2K dream.

Shaggy Mullet

Valentina Frugiuele/Getty Images

The shaggy mullet haircut is effortless, cool, and full of texture, making it an ideal style for anyone who wants a low-maintenance, statement-making look.

Stitch Braids

Claudio Lavenia/Getty Images

Léna Situations stitch braided the front of her hair, leaving the rest out in loose waves for an effortlessly chic look. It’s perfect for a busy day during PFW.

Moody Lips

Valentina Frugiuele/Getty Images

Take a page out of this show attendee’s book. Put the nude lipstick aside, and try out a vampy lip shade — like a deep burgundy or cherry red — instead.

Colorful Bandana

Valentina Frugiuele/Getty Images

Compared to the scrunchie, the bandana is an underrated hair accessory. But stylist Gabriella Karefa-Johnson shows that it’s a versatile and stylish piece that can elevate any look, especially if it’s a multicolored Prada bandana.

On Thursday MM6 Maison Margiela debuted their Spring/Summer 2026 collection during Milan Fashion Week on a street blocked off with the path painted white in lieu of the catwalk.

Saweetie recently turned heads during London fashion week earlier this month, and has now made her way to Milan. Perhaps she’s breaking a personal record for having the most fashionable looks back to back. Celebrity Stylist, Wilford Lenov is the mastermind behind her latest avant-garde ensemble and we think we smell a rebrand on the horizon.

The Icy Girl” rapper who has been known to show off her body yadi yadi, took a risk and arrived in a grey sculptural dress that had an oversized silhouette with structured shoulders. Her black leather gloves add depth to her fabulous look, and her tan pointed toe boots were a nice contrast.

Throughout the MM6 Maison Margiela Spring collection, we saw many looks on the runway that included sheer skirts, printed bodysuits, and muted neutrals paired with bright accessories. In addition to models donning the exact same futuristic sunglasses that Saweetie arrived in. Her bob hair cut couldn’t have been more fitting for the cyber space shades.

It’s great to see Saweetie stepping outside of her comfort zone and trying new things in the realm of fashion. When it comes to your own style, it’s important to challenging yourself to try new things because some of the greatest looks come when you choose not to play it safe.

Fashion month is in full swing, and showgoers have officially touched down in Milan to see what is on the sartorial menu for the upcoming season. The city is home to some of the most iconic and undeniably glamorous brands in the industry — Gucci, Prada, Miu Miu, Pucci, and Fendi, just to name a few. And while the runways are sure to deliver memorable fashion moments paired alongside beautiful hair and makeup looks, the streets are also full of endless inspiration. This season, the Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 street style beauty looks capture the city’s vibrant spirit and effortlessly chic aesthetic. What else would you expect from the Italian fashion capital?

Cameras have captured several enviable hairstyles featuring sleek finishes, unexpected hair colors, and face-framing bangs. Long braided ponytails have also been spotted alongside blunt micro-bobs, further proof that your hair length doesn’t hinder your ability to make a statement. On the makeup front, eye-catching hues — from dramatic lip colors to swipes of blue eyeshadow — are center stage. The attendees are going all out to impress, paying extra close attention to their beauty looks, and they did not disappoint.

Ahead, see the best street style beauty looks from MFW.

Red Eyeliner

Set aside the black eyeliner, step out of your comfort zone, and try a bold winged look with a colored liner, like red.

Micro Bangs

Edward Berthelot/Getty Images

Micro bangs are edgy, bold, and fashion-forward. They’re perfect for making a statement.

Red Ombré Hair

Edward Berthelot/Getty Images

Content creator Erika Boldrin’s hair starts with brown roots that transition into an auburn hue at the mid-lengths. The ombré color adds warmth and a subtle edge to her look.

Turquoise Hair

Valentina Frugiuele/Getty Images

Need proof that you can experiment with blue hair and still look polished? Just look at Aya Suzuki. The content creator paired her turquoise hair color with a blunt bob and bangs for an incredibly memorable look.

Blue Eyeshadow

Edward Berthelot/Getty Images

Applying a swipe of blue eyeshadow to your lids is an easy way to add a vibrant pop of color to your makeup look.

Slick, Wet-Look Hair

Edward Berthelot/Getty Images

Wet-look hair isn’t just for red carpets — it works in everyday life, too. The style manages to take the fresh-out-of-shower vibe and transform it into an incredibly cool aesthetic.

Curtain Bangs

Christian Vierig/Getty Images

Content creator Alison Toby’s side-swept curtain bangs frame her face perfectly while elevating her entire look.

Wine-Colored Lip

Edward Berthelot/Getty Images

Match your lip color with your Lambrusco. Fall is the perfect time to embrace a moody, wine-hued shade that adds just the right amount of drama.

Micro-Bob

Edward Berthelot/Getty Images

Ultra-short bobs aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. Wear it slicked back with a side part, like this fashion week attendee, for an even more striking style.

Silver Streaks

Ferda Demir/Getty Images

Dyeing the face-framing pieces of your hair a statement-making color, like silver, is an interesting way to draw attention to your features while adding a modern twist to your overall look.

Black Lipstick

Raimonda Kulikauskiene/Getty Images

If you’re interested in a color that’s bolder than burgundy, consider a jet-black lip. It’s the ultimate statement shade.

Fishtail Braid

Valentina Frugiuele/Getty Images

Elevate a basic ponytail with a sleek fishtail braid. The style adds texture, depth, and dimension, plus it’s guaranteed to turn heads.

Burberry’s Spring/Summer 2026 Collection Celebrates Fashion & Music http://livelaughlovedo.com/burberrys-spring-summer-2026-collection-celebrates-fashion-music/ http://livelaughlovedo.com/burberrys-spring-summer-2026-collection-celebrates-fashion-music/#respond Tue, 23 Sep 2025 04:29:49 +0000 http://livelaughlovedo.com/2025/09/23/burberrys-spring-summer-2026-collection-celebrates-fashion-music/ [ad_1]

In the United Kingdom, fashion and music have long been intertwined. Cast your mind back to the early aughts, when the likes of Kate Moss and Sienna Miller, who undeniably pioneered festival fashion, strolled around the grounds of Glastonbury, wearing flowy boho-chic dresses and waterproof rain boots (or “wellies,” as they are called across the pond). Of course, the country’s music scene style is constantly evolving, and Burberry’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection ushered in a fresh, colorful take on it, while still referencing bygone decades.

“Music is about self-expression, originality and belonging,” Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer Daniel Lee wrote in the show notes. “From festivals and stadiums to open-air concerts, every summer the UK comes to life with style and sound.” Closing out London Fashion Week with a sartorial bang, Burberry returned to Perks Field in Kensington Palace for the first time in nearly a decade (the last show was in 2016), with a venue perfectly capturing the spirit of a balmy outdoor performance. Guests were treated to a dreamy sky-printed tent, a dirt runway, and seating cubes that paid tribute to the UK’s summer live music scene, per a press release.

“Musicians have always been pioneers – fearless in the way they dress and sound,” Lee added. “A legacy you’ll see in the looks, cast and styling.” Models were clad in free-spirited dresses that felt in step with the fashion you’d spot at a breezy summertime concert — namely, numbers made from crochet, macramé, and chainmail. Meanwhile, skinny scarves, which were tossed over said frocks, nodded to 2010s indie sleaze style. And with the recent rise in early aughts-inspired boho-chic fashion, the addition of slouchy fringe totes was quite fitting.

Anyone who’s ever trekked across the grounds of a music festival knows practical looks are paramount, especially in the UK, where it’s notoriously rainy in the summer (resulting in muddy fields). As such, some outfits were styled with oversized hooded outerwear, as well as Chelsea and moto boots.

Although this collection is perhaps one of the most playful, maximalist assortments we’ve ever seen from Burberry, there were still signature house codes threaded throughout the line. The luxury label’s hallmark checkered print came to life through punchy palettes of yellow, orange, green, and red, seen on short double-breasted coats. Meanwhile, tailoring, a Burberry speciality, was present by way of ‘60s-inspired dark brown suits with long jackets and cigarette pants. And then there were trench coats featuring leather laser-cut, designed to mimic lace.

For Spring/Summer 2026, Sergio Hudson delivered a collection that felt both like a homecoming and a renewal of the house’s DNA. Drawing from African heritage and his own established codes, Hudson unveiled a lineup rich in color, texture, and glamour — a vision that celebrated both roots and reinvention.

At the heart of the collection was custom mud cloth digitally reworked from traditional textiles, then splashed across the runway in pop art hues.

SERGIOHUDSON SS26 LOOK 016

These bold prints set the tone for jewel-toned silks, embroidered velvets, and evening wear drenched in intricate handwork. The effect was celebratory yet grounded — a modern nod to African influence without literal interpretation.

Hudson balanced these statements with the brand’s signatures: sharply tailored suiting (expanded this season to menswear), cinched waists, and sculptural silhouettes that easily transition from spring to fall. Vibrant yellows and turquoise were tempered by deep teal and oxblood, creating a palette that felt both daring and wearable.

SERGIOHUDSON SS26 LOOK 027

Returning to roots really has a double meaning for me,” Hudson shared. “There’s African influence in the prints and the fabrications, but it’s also about going back to the bright colors and sharp tailoring the brand has always been known for. I wanted to play with glamorous fabrics and bold hues, to bring some light and joy into the world at a time that feels so heavy. A lot of that inspiration comes from my clients — these incredible women who are persevering with such strength and grace right now, they fuel the spirit of this collection.”

The runway also featured a surprise moment when Love Island star Olandria made her debut, strutting in Sergio Hudson’s powerful designs and underscoring the brand’s reach beyond fashion into pop culture.

The show further introduced a capsule collaboration with Esor Marie, blending Sergio Hudson’s refined power dressing with Esor Marie’s fresh aesthetic. Together, the pieces underscored Hudson’s ability to merge heritage, luxury, and cultural pride into one cohesive statement.

The Sergio Hudson Spring/Summer 2026 Collection will be available this spring at sergiohudson.com and through select retailers.

The fashion world is notoriously pretty sleepy in the summer — because everyone needs a chance to catch their breath, after all. Sure, there are star-studded red carpets (such as the recently buzzed-about Freakier Friday premieres), but otherwise, capital F fashion moments are few and far in between, at least compared to the rest of the year. But things are now picking back up again. In case you missed it, Copenhagen Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 is officially underway, and the street style looks are a sight to behold.

During CPHFW, the Scandi set — and those visiting for the fashion festivities — turn the cobblestone sidewalks into their sartorial playground, and this time around is no different. Because the Danish capital kicks off fashion month (followed by New York, London, Milan, and Paris), you’ll find attendees getting a head start on the upcoming season’s top trends — in this case, fall’s most popular looks.

Polka dot pieces, for one, were spotted (pun intended) everywhere on day one. Just look to influencer Nina Sandbech, who co-signed the trend by way of a structured blazer. Showgoers also ditched their butter yellow ensembles in favor of an unexpected autumn color trend: violet. Yes, be prepared to see the punchy shade dominate social media feeds in the coming months.

Scroll ahead for the best CPHFW Spring/Summer 2026 moments thus far. Friendly reminder: This post will be updated throughout the week.
