Manhattan Penthouse Hits the Market for $5.5 Million – Robb Report

Recently listed with Julie Pham of Corcoran for $5.5 million, down from last year’s $6.39 million asking price, this triplex penthouse tops The Sage House, a historic, landmarked, pre-war building at 4 Lexington Avenue in New York’s Gramercy Park neighborhood. Its seller is Heidi Ettinger, the first female Tony-winning Broadway set designer, who shared the co-op with her late husband, Jonathan Reynolds, a screenwriter, playwright, and New York Times Magazine food writer. Now the home is ready for its next owner to create their dream apartment.

The three-floor unit spans 3,300 square feet with three bedrooms (and a flexible fourth), two full bathrooms, and a powder room. The home benefits from 15-foot-high ceilings and massive windows.
