No.3 London Dry Gin was created by U.K. wine and spirits purveyor Berry Bros. & Rudd over a decade ago in 2010. The brand is named after Berry Bros. & Rudd’s 3 St. James Street address in London, and is distilled in the Netherlands using three key botanicals for flavor—juniper, citrus, and spice (including cardamom, coriander, and angelica root). Dr. David Clutton, aka Dr. Gin, helped to formulate the botanical recipe of this spirit, which makes sense given that he holds the world’s only PhD in gin.
This luxury Martini Case launched in the U.K. last summer, and just entered the U.S. market. The contents include everything you need to whip up some Martinis for a thirsty crowd—a bottle of No.3 London Dry Gin, two No.3 x Nude Martini glasses (Turkish designed lead-free crystal glassware that is supposed to keep your Martini cold for longer), a jigger, Martini picks, leather coasters, and a limited-edition vermouth dropper bottle designed by mixologist Alessandro Palazzi of London’s famous Dukes Bar. The case itself was designed by Globe-Trotter, a British brand that has been around for more than a century.
