The California Mansion From Netflix’s ‘Hype House’ Is Listed for $5.5M – Robb Report

Calling all content creators. A California mansion made famous by the influential TikTok collective that once lived there is up for grabs. 

The 20-acre estate, best known as the incubator in Netflix’s Hype House, is located in Camarillo’s Santa Rosa Valley and just hit the market for $5.5 million with Michelle Meyers of The Agency. The eight-episode docuseries, which premiered on the streamer in January 2022, followed a group of Gen Z influencers as they tried to reach ultimate levels of social media fame while using brand deals to fund their lavish lifestyle. “We have 10 20-year-olds living in a $5 million house together, filming content all day,” the collective’s co-founder, Thomas Petrou, said in the reality show. “It just doesn’t sound real.” Former members include social media powerhouses Charli D’Amelio, Dixie D’Amelio, and Addison Rae, who collectively have nearly 300 million TikTok followers.

Set within the gated, equestrian community of Lexington Hills, the palatial hilltop home on Nightsky Drive was originally built back in 1998 and has been renovated in the years since. According to the listing, “some recent upgrades include water filtration, WiFi tower installation, and a generator.” Altogether, the Mediterranean-style digs comprise eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a generous 11,280 square feet of living space. Given its positioning, there are sweeping, 360-degree views that stretch from Los Angeles to the mountains and even the Pacific Ocean.  

The abode is fronted by a long, tree-lined driveway that leads to a roundabout and a five-car garage. Upon entering, the property is decked out with soaring high ceilings, a dramatic curved staircase, tons of intricate moldings, and large bay windows. A few of the spread’s highlights include a picturesque center courtyard, an updated chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art Thermador appliances, a home theater, and a game room. Elsewhere, you’ll find a swanky primary suite kitted out with a sitting area, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath. “This residence offers unparalleled privacy and prestige,” notes the listing. 

Outside, the expansive, Tuscan-inspired grounds feature a mix of lush landscaping and lots of foliage. Naturally, there’s plenty of recreational space, from a concrete basketball court to a gym. A waterslide will bring you down to the main pool area, which also has a sunken jacuzzi, a swim-up bar, and a waterfall feature. And of course, the whole place is very—yes, indeed!—Instagrammable.
