CBNY @ a Taylor Swift concert

I was lucky enough to score great tickets for the November 17th show in Rio. I stayed with a friend for 10 days so we could attend the concert together, but since I could only bring a carry-on, I had to be strategic with my packing.

I only had one outfit – a red dress I had designed and previously worn to a graduation party – and some cowboy boots to complete the look. To keep my essentials like the tickets, phone, card wallet, and friendship bracelets safe and handy without taking up much space, I brought along the Black Crossbody. It was the perfect accessory for my Red (T.V.) meets Debut vibe!

It was the hottest day ever! The real feel temperature was 122ºF, so waiting in line for an hour to get inside felt like four hours under the hot Rio sun. However, it turned out to be one of the greatest nights of my life, and I may or may not have shed a few tears during some of the songs.

The Black Crossbody bag was super practical, and the webbing strap was comfortable. Since the bag is small in size, it didn’t get in the way when I just had to dance and chant to Fearless.

My good friend had tickets for a concert on the 18th, but it got postponed to the 20th and she couldn’t attend. So, she gave me her ticket, and I got to attend the concert! Since I didn’t have much time to get ready, I decided to wear my PJs and styled them like a music video.

While I was waiting in line, it started raining, but my Black Crossbody bag kept my phone and tickets safe. Although the temperature dropped a bit, I had a great time with some of my best friends at the concert. I’m excited to see which concert I’ll attend next with my trusty Black Crossbody bag.
